A popular Bar-B-Q restaurant in Hoover isn't serving tonight.
Jim-N-Nicks will reopen for dinner service Thursday, after a fire in the building Wednesday morning. It happened around 10:30 at the restaurant on Hwy 31 in Riverchase. The fire started in the stove area, and most of the damage was contained to the vent system.
No customers were inside at the time, but employees were evacuated as a precaution. No one was injured.
