Alabama Army National Guard Comes Home in Anniston

More than two dozen men and women with the Alabama Army National Guard’s 621st Troop Support Command arrived at Fort McClellan around 1 p.m. on Thurday for a hero's welcome. The troops spent today nearly a year in Iraq (web|news) supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After reuniting with family members the soldiers each received military honors inside the former WAC Chapel at the Army National Guard Training Center at Fort McClellan.
