She may not have used it for her personal gain..but she misused it. Most cities require two signatures on city checks..However I can see that Bessemer doesn't see fit to follow the State of Alabama's policies for such matters..This isn't the 1st time Bessemer has had a problem..She should resign her post and the Mayor and City council need to be investigated by the League Of Municipalities.
