I do not know about the hard-wired cable tv business but I "DO" know abour the direct-to-home (Satellite Dish) business. I was in the "Dish" business for 24 years. First the big monsters and then Directv and later Dish Network. I am now retired because of a disability. I feel strongly tant the Cable industry ( Satellite Included) need to be regulated like the Power and Gas utilities. Their is definately corruption within this industry and right now they have a free hand to do as they please. The CableTV, Motion Picture business is a Mega-Buck business, generating millions "MONTHLY". Television is something that 99% of America is addicted to and that includes our Senators and Congressmen. We have all read these stories for years and nothing is ever done. I will be suprised if this post is even left on here any length of time.
