A 15- year- old Muskogee student is in police custody after allegedly writing a violent post on his Facebook page.

Police were notified of the incident around 10 a.m. at the KFC near 61st and Garnett. It was there that the two men reportedly encountered a female employee outside and forced her back into the building.

Police Investigating Whether Recent Rape Related to Others in East Tulsa

Officers were told by the victim that he forced her into a wooded area and that's where he reportedly raped her. She stated that he kept her with her for several hours before she was able to get away and located a nearby resident.

One Injured in Shooting at East Tulsa Gas Station

Detectives are continuing their investigation after the victim, the clerk at the store, was found shot near 21st and Garnett. He was discovered on the floor and his condition was described as "serious."
